PETALING JAYA: Two localities in Sabah will be placed under the enhanced movement control order (MCO) from Sept 9.
National Security Council (NSC) director-general Datuk Rodzi Md Saad, in a statement, said that Kampung Sugiang Baru in Tenom and Kampung Rapak in Ranau will be under enhanced MCO until Sept 22.
Meanwhile, the enhanced MCO at Kampung Rampayan Laut in Kota Belud will be extended until Sept 22. It is supposed to end on Sept 8.
Three areas in Tumpat, Kelantan under the enhanced MCO will end two days earlier on Sept 8.
They were originally scheduled to end on Sept 10.
In Pahang, three areas in Cameron Highlands under the enhanced MCO will end on Sept 8 as scheduled.
Two areas in Bera will end six days earlier on Sept 8, from its scheduled date of Sept 14.
Meanwhile, the enhanced MCO at localities in Kota Kinabalu, Papar, Ranau, Tawau, Penampang and Beaufort in Sabah will also end on Sept 8.
The order on six areas in Tuaran, Sabah will also end on Sept 8, a day earlier than scheduled.
